Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to almost every country in the world. 
*Note that any duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and will not be refunded/reimbursed by Form + Fiction. (We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before placing an order, to avoid any unexpected costs).

How are your products shipped?

All of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Our prints are reinforced with chipboards and arrive in kraft flat mailers. Tees ship in weatherproof packages. International Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class international. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order and 3-5 days for delivery. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery information and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other remote locations may take longer. We do not ship to PO boxes.

 Can I ammend my order once placed?

If you need to change any details (such as delivery address) please email hello@fictionalsupply.com ASAP. Note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your product - If you are not satisfied for any reason, items that are in unused condition can be returned, within 15 days of receipt for a refund, subject to a $3.50 restocking fee. The cost of shipping an item back is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges can be made if the product is still available, in which case the shipping costs for the replacement (U.S. only) will be covered. Sorry, no returns or exchange on international orders.
